30 Years IT Experience
I've been working in IT for 30 years, helping businesses of all sizes maximise their investment in technology.
For the last 20 years I co-owned and built a successful Microsoft Gold Partner, AMT Evolve specialising in SharePoint and the Microsoft Cloud.
Following the successful acquisition of my company in 2021 by Transparity I took a role in their New Business Growth team. My focus was transitioning customers into Transparity, learning all the new service offerings and promoting these to our customers. I also provided my expertise and experience in SharePoint, Document Management and Intranets to both the technical consultancy team and sales team.
Having completed a highly enjoyable and rewarding year at Transparity expanding my knowledge of the wider Microsoft services and working in a larger team, I am now looking for new opportunities where my 30+ years of experience can be best utilised.
Most recently I have been completing various Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Azure, Azure AI and Microsoft 365 including CoPilot. This has led to some interesting customer project work assisting their understanding of Microsoft CoPilot and generative AI.

Work Life Balance
Outside of day to day work I enjoy participating in the local community and water based sports.
- I am the immediate past chairman of Henley 41 Club (and Round Table in the past).
- I have recently joined the Henley networking group Henley Business Partnership (3FM), an excellent and rewarding way of getting involved in the local community.
I enjoy most watersports including swimming and standup paddleboarding on the Thames but my main passion is yachting. I hold RYA yachtmaster qualifications, have sailed the Atlantic, completed over 10,000 miles and regularly sail in the solent.
